Did Preity take a right step by standing against Ness Wadia?

Preity Zinta has filed a complaint against Ness Wadia stating that she was molested, threatened and abused by Ness inside the Wankhede stadium. The case is registered under IPC section 354 that is outraging the modesty of woman.
